Our last views from Pestana Miramar before we had to leave for the airport, having been politely advised to book a flight back to UK. Much easier said than done. Took most of the preceding afternoon and finally with the amazing help of Richard of Jet2 who persevered for over an hour to book us on the only flight to the north of England-Glasgow!
We were so sad to leave wonderful Madeira and it’s people, passing’ Stay at Home’ signs on the rapido.
Now booked for 6 weeks over Christmas and New Year.
