Last night, an apparently drunk driver scared anyone driving on the highway, in the Porto Novo area, in the Funchal-Santa Cruz direction.
The episode was recorded on video and sent to JM by a reader, making it possible to see the driver’s inattention, who almost collided with a motorcyclist, as well as on the side of the road.
