PAN holds press conference at 7pm

In the wake of the political earthquake that struck Madeira Wednesday in Madeira, with suspicions of corruption weighing on the shoulders of Miguel Albuquerque, the PAN scheduled a press conference for 7pm today, next to the Chapel of the Legislative Assembly of Madeira.

As stated in a note sent to the editorial team, in this communication, Mónica Freitas will provide all clarifications regarding the current regional political situation.

Remember that this is the party that ensures the parliamentary majority of the current Regional Government.

However, given the mega-operation targeting the president of the Madeiran executive, the PAN has already announced that it is willing to break the parliamentary advocacy agreement if Miguel Albuquerque does not resign.

The only way to continue to make the majority viable would be if the PSD nominated another president, he reported yesterday.
