The engines of another edition of the Rali Vinho da Madeira, which starts today, were already heard this morning in the Qualifying/Shakedown. Diego Ruiloba, driving a Citroën C3 Rally2, was the fastest driver, followed by Simone Campedelli, with a Skoda Fabia RS Rally2. The third fastest time belonged to the British driver Kris Meeke, in a Hyundai i20N Rally2.
The fastest Madeiran driver was João Silva with a Skoda Fabia Rally2 Evo.
The session had 20 registered riders and took place between Água de Pena and the ER 224, passing through Cardais. The service park is set up at the Água de Pena Sports Park.
