A vehicle was stuck in a ditch on the road this morning, in Torrinha, next to the Santa Luzia Clinic.
The image of the incident has been shared several times on social media. The president of the Santa Luzia Parish Council, Tiago Rodrigues, confirmed to JM that the vehicle has just been removed from the ditch.
