The first was indeed Winston Churchill statue outside the Churchill bay hotel in Camera de Lobos.
The second was a little more difficult. It was the spiral Staircase in Ribeira Brava.
The 3rd is the Capelinha de Nossa Senhora de Fátima. The white chapel visible above São Vicente and a photo of the spectacular view from the top up towards Encumeada.
