Lawyers reveal “confidence in justice” upon arrival at the Central Criminal Investigation Court

The lawyers of Pedro Calado, Avelino Farinha and Custódio Correia have already arrived at the Central Criminal Instruction Court, in Lisbon, where the coercive measures should be communicated to the three defendants this afternoon.

Upon arrival at the Justice Campus, before the session scheduled for 3 pm, the three lawyers expressed confidence in a decision that would allow the defendants to go free after three weeks of detention.

The first to arrive, André Navarro de Noronha, Custódio Correia’s lawyer, said he was confident that “justice will work”, while Paulo Sá e Cunha, representative of Pedro Calado, also expressed “confidence in justice”.
