The Regional Directorate of Tourism has postponed the Children’s Carnival Parade until the 16th of February. As reported in this Wednesday’s edition of DIÁRIO, the weather forecast for the next few days compromises the Carnival celebrations, which usually take place this Friday morning.
The Madeira archipelago is under a yellow warning for wind and rain from this Thursday, and in the mountainous regions, between 3 pm and 9 pm tomorrow, an orange warning for persistent and sometimes heavy rain is in force.
