Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa convened the State Council for Wednesday, a meeting that will have as its main theme the political future of Madeira.
On the same day, as DIÁRIO has already reported, the President of the Republic will hear the parties represented in the Legislative Assembly of Madeira, in order to resolve the political crisis that took place in the Region, at the end of January, following the judicial investigation that the list of defendants includes the president of the Regional Government, Miguel Albuquerque.
After this between political parties and advisors, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa is expected to announce whether or not to dissolve the Madeiran parliament, calling for early Regional Elections.
