Five tourists were lost last night in the Câmara de Lobos mountains.
Apparently, the foreigners strayed from the trail and are now unable to find their way back.
The alert was given to the Volunteer Firefighters of Câmara de Lobos, who are permanently with the tourists, who “are well and apparently without any injuries”.
It is also known that hikers have warm clothing, water, a cell phone battery and are prepared to stay a few more hours in shelter, if necessary.
These are the kind of stupid tourists who will be charged for rescue, as they left the recommended trail.
