Albuquerque guarantees that PJ did not search any secretariat

The president of the Regional Government in management, Miguel Albuquerque, said that, so far, no searches have been carried out in the secretariats.

“As far as I know, so far they haven’t entered any [secretariat], but we are always available to provide any help for the investigation, especially because we have nothing to hide”, reacted the official to the PJ’s trip to Madeira to, according to the Diario, carry out steps within the scope of a judicial process taking place under the supervision of the Central Department of Investigation and Criminal Action (DCIAP).

Albuquerque said that the Government “is subject to scrutiny” and, therefore, “there is no problem”.

The president of the Regional Government in management does not know whether these measures are related to the searches that took place in January. However, he guarantees that he is “completely calm”.

The governor was speaking a moment ago on the sidelines of the solemn session commemorating the 110th anniversary of the founding of the Municipality of Ribeira Brava.
