The center of the parish of Caniço was filled with people this afternoon to watch the traditional Cebola Festival procession, which began shortly after 4 pm and brought together several schools, in a moment captured by many locals and tourists.
Despite the drizzle that was felt, no one wanted to leave the party and the procession continued.
The Onion Festival procession preceded the political interventions, planned for the stage which, as usual, was set up in front of the Church.
The (little) rain did not hinder this event, which is already an important feature in the parish’s lineup.
