Carvão Grill House brings new flavor concept

Carvão Grill House opened this Wednesday, on Avenida Sá Carneiro, Funchal, a space that aims to be a restaurant with a new flavor concept and which has a beautiful wine cellar waiting for its customers.

The new restaurant, spacious and welcoming, decorated with fresh colors and rustic furniture, can accommodate approximately 90 people.

“The Concept is the basis of what we were already doing at Restaurante Blue (in Machico). This will have its biggest specialty in meat, followed by octopus and cod. The dishes will be accompanied by our beautiful wine cellar”, reveals Renato Vieira, owner of the space.

The investment was made by the company, without assistance, being a strong commitment by the group.

In addition to focusing on the various meat dishes, Renato Vieira guarantees that the restaurant will prepare simpler dishes, always based on snacks.

“It doesn’t make sense for us to choose a particular client. Our focus is on a mix of locals and tourists, without ever neglecting our loyal customers, the majority of whom are local. This is our aim”, he reinforced.

Carvão Grill House is open every day, with the kitchen open until 11 pm. This new venture cost close to half a million euros and employs 23 people.
