New account aims to promote the destination and connect visitors with the Archipelago.
The Madeira Promotion Association has just announced a new presence on social media, with the official launch of its account on the Tik Tok platform.
APMadeira says that “the account (@VisitMadeiraOfficial) was created with the aim of capturing and sharing the authenticity of experiences lived in the region. In an interactive and visually captivating way, it will stand out for the use of short and engaging videos that showcase the natural beauty of Madeira, its cultural traditions and the charismatic hospitality of its inhabitants”, it highlights.
Recalling that “surveys carried out among tourists visiting Madeira reveal that the island provides a unique feeling of belonging to its visitors”, this new interaction with the launch of the Tik Tok account “aims to reinforce this emotional connection, providing yet another way to bring the destination of those who visit it or intend to do so”.
Thus, “the objective is to guarantee authentic content through videos that capture the true essence of the archipelago, as well as useful tips and information, with practical advice for travelers, the best routes, restaurants, local events, among others”, he concludes.
It should be noted that, as can be seen by those who are in the habit of being on Tik Tok, those who visit the archipelago have been promoting this spontaneously and free of charge for years, many of them using the hashtag ‘visitmadeira’ among others.
