UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office have included/updated info on travelling to Madeira/Azores under the Safety and Security in Portugal section on www.gov.uk.
The information was updated today and can be read below.
Basically a lot of it is common sense, and due to the many accidents, resulting in injuries or death, we have seen over the last few years.
A reminder there are still 4 bodies never found in the mountains and seas of Madeira.
