Albuquerque and Pedro Ramos monitor fires in Porto Santo

There is no press conference today on the current situation due to the absence of the government officials.

These two are a joke, and today the computers were down again in the health care.

The President of the Regional Government, Miguel Albuquerque, and the Regional Secretary responsible for Civil Protection, Pedro Ramos, are monitoring the fires in Porto Santo.

With the absence of the two leaders, who are on vacation on the golden island, today there will be no usual situation update, which takes place at 7 pm, at the regional headquarters of Civil Protection.

After a 24-hour visit to the island of Madeira, to learn about the fire that has been raging since Wednesday in several parts of the island, the leader of the Madeiran executive returned to Porto Santo yesterday to enjoy his vacation.

Meanwhile, the Press and Communications Office of the Presidency of the Government reported that Albuquerque will arrive in Madeira today, on board the ship Lobo Marinho.

Tomorrow is a holiday for Funchal as its their city day.
