Due to the closure of the hiking trails at Pico do Areeiro, due to the occurrence/progression of a forest fire, Horários do Funchal informs, in a statement, that the Horários do Funchal transport service to and from Pico do Areeiro will be suspended this Saturday, the 17th.
“Although this is a situation beyond our control, we apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers,” reads the statement sent.
