The highest peaks of Madeira woke up this Saturday painted white, as shown in a photograph taken by Luis Tovar.
According to IPMA records, at Pico do Areeiro, during the night, the temperature dropped to -2.0.C. In Funchal, the official minimum recorded at the Observatory was 12.7.ºC.
