Strong winds destroyed part of the roof of the parking lot at the new Modelo supermarket in downtown São Vicente. Several solar panels came loose and were damaged.
The commercial establishment will remain temporarily closed due to a lack of safety conditions for opening to the public.
All access routes to the village of São Vicente are also closed.
