Four Portuguese Air Force fighter jets flew over Ilha Dourada a few times, ending up landing at 12:20 pm.
Before the trip to Porto Santo, the F16 planes performed a flight between the archipelagos of Madeira and the Canary Islands.
The planes should remain in Porto Santo until tomorrow, then head to the Azores.
