4 Patinhas in the center of Sao Vicente is running a campaign for pet food and loose change from your pockets to help feed the cats and dogs on the north of the island.
If you are passing by during the festival which runs all this week and through the weekend, pop by and say hi, and drop a little change in one of their charity pots.
