A tuk-tuk skidded off the road and overturned yesterday on Rua Dr. Pita, near Quinta Magnólia, in Funchal.
The driver suffered facial injuries and bruises and had to be rescued at the scene by the Madeiran Volunteer Firefighters, who ensured his transport to Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital.
