A fire near Monte which started last night is now under control, The high temperatures we have had the last few days with it hitting g 35 degrees yesterday and very dry with a good breeze this side of the island I am surprised we have not seen more fires. There have been a few over the last couple of days but this latest one came close to peoples property.
