      4. Cut all hairs showing below the lip of the bowl.

  10. Sad to see these photos, my apartment is right near the municipal park, so the Avenida Arriaga photos mean “home” to me. Not sure when I’ll be able to get back, but looking forward to that day. Good luck everyone!

  12. Looks like a ghost town. The Ritz Cafe has now closed. I assume they are flying the Italian flag in sympathy with Italy that has suffered worst in this virus?

  16. Just been checking on the live web cams. The lights are on but nobody’s home! I cannot imagine that Av Arriaga has ever been that empty ever. Such a sad sight.

  17. We were due to fly out tomorrow, 20th March. SO sad not to be coming. We were looking forward to a poncha in the market and instead we are raising a cuppa to you all. Hope to be back later in the year. Stay safe everyone. Zoe, Mike, Kath and Andrew.

  18. I have been travelling to Madeira with my wife 4times a year since 1998. It has been my second home, and in that time we have made many friends.
    My message is stay calm, safe cheerful and remember you are in our thoughts and prayers.
