As of today, the laboratory of the Region no longer needs the validation of the Ricardo Jorge Institute to confirm the positive cases, announced the regional secretary Pedro Ramos.
This is because, as he explained, Madeira needed to have five positive cases in order to have this certification and, as it now has seven, it no longer needs this double validation.
