Of the 90 cases of Covid-19 reported in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, 73 cases have already been recovered. The vice president of IASaúde, Bruna Gouveia, said that of the 17 cases of active infection, the majority (15) are resident in the municipality of Câmara de Lobos, one in the municipality of Funchal and one in the municipality of Ponta do Sol.
In response to journalists, on the average days of recovery from the virus, which in Madeira is 28 days, Bruna Gouveia also noted that the citizen who remains infected in the municipality of Ponta do Sol has kept the virus active for about two months.
