A vehicle accident this morning on Rua 5 de Outubro, was a close escape that it did not fall into the river.
Luckily, the wall sustained the vehicle’s weight, thus preventing a tragedy, as can be seen in the images captured by Jornal Madeira.
There were no injuries from the collision, but the car was considerably damaged and the young people suffered from shock.
The trailer is already on site, to remove the vehicle.
