Filipe Miguel Ferreira, 35, has been missing since yesterday, when he left his home in Câmara de Lobos to go to work.
The family has already contacted the police since they are alarmed by the lack of news from the construction worker, who has his cell phone turned off.
The man was wearing shorts, trainers and a sweater when he left his residence.
