Today there are 93 new positive cases to report, so RAM now counts 2678 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the regional territory.
These are 5 imported cases (2 from the United Kingdom and 3 from the Lisbon and Tagus Valley region) and 88 cases of local transmission, most of which are already associated with positive case contacts or contexts. Epidemiological investigations are still ongoing.
This Sunday there were 47 more recovered cases to report, now 1201 are active cases and there are still 171 suspected cases in study.
55 people are now hospitalized, 48 of them in the Multipurpose Unit and 7 in the Intensive Care Unit dedicated to the covid-19.
