The cruise ship ‘Mein Schiff 1’, one of the few that still sails the Atlantic Ocean in times of a pandemic, passed today off the coast of Madeira, thus allowing passengers to view the island.
Coming from the neighboring islands of the Canary Islands, the ship returned to pass off the island without making a stop in the Port of Funchal, as it happened during the New Year, due to the restrictions in force that result from the covid-19 pandemic.
