The Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) foresees the return of rain this Wednesday.
We had some heavy rain in the night this side of the island in Caniço.
The weather is looking pretty unsettled this week with Friday being the best day, and possibly Saturday will remain dry for many, before the rain returns again on Sunday.
The outlook for next week at the moment is not looking great, but will be more a case of sun and showers.
