Some of the flights trying to land at the moment have been going round for some time now.
The Gran Canary flight is diverting to Lisbon, which is strange as a lot of the other European flights are diverting to the Canaries.
There is also a large cluster of thundery activity to the east of Madeira which will head towards the island in the coming hours and into Monday.
