The TAP Porto flight is having difficulty landing this morning. I think this is more to do with wind gusts, which should die down in the next hour or so, but poor visibility could be another factor.
If its poor visibility, it could cause more flight disruption this morning, as it did yesterday afternoon.
The flight is not giving up yet and the Hannover flight is now attempting as well.
