A turtle that was trapped in abandoned fishing nets was saved yesterday in the Caniçal sea.
According to information provided by the Regional Government, the animal was found during the usual cleaning actions carried out by the Regional Secretariat for the Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change in the region’s seas.
