The Portuguese Air Force is preparing to once again ‘tear up’ the skies of mainland Portugal and islands as a way of wishing everyone a Happy Year 2024. This time, on the afternoon of December 31st, Sunday, a C-295M will pass through the Madeira archipelago.
The F-16s will travel through mainland Portugal and, also in the Azores, a C-295M will be responsible for this “mission”.
“With our heads held high, we enter 2024, always together, with our eyes on the sky!”, says a note published on the Portuguese Air Force’s social media.
