Registration for the 2023 edition is already sold out
The 2023 edition of the Volta à Cidade do Funchal in athletics will feature a record number of four thousand participants.
A remarkable achievement that forced the organization, run by the Madeira Athletics Association (AARAM), to close registrations.
“Due to having reached the limit of 4000 registrations, we inform you that they are closed from this moment onwards”, can be read on AARAM’s Facebook page.
It should be noted that the oldest São Silvestre in Portugal and one of the oldest in Europe, takes place in the capital of Madeira on the 28th of December.
