The allegorical procession for Madeira Carnival 2024 has already started.
Eduardo Jesus, secretary in charge of Tourism, highlights the maintenance of good hotel occupancy – “87%” – and the “515 thousand euros” of investment by the Regional Government.
The procession has 1,600 extras and 13 troupes.
