The transatlantic ‘Viking Sea’ has arrived in Funchal, on a repositioning trip

When at the end of the morning it arrived at the Port of Funchal, with 792 passengers and 462 crew on board, the ‘Viking Sea’ completed a 7-hour stopover. It is scheduled to leave this afternoon, at 6pm.

The ship from St. Maarten is crossing the Atlantic, as part of the 12 or 24 night cruise that began in Puerto Rico on March 27th, reports APRAM.

He made stops in Philipsburg, in St. Maarten, Caribbean, now in Funchal, followed by Valencia and Barcelona, ​​where the 12-night trip option ends on April 8th. Those who opted for the 24 nights also visit Marseille, Monaco, Livorno, Rome, Naples, Corfu, Dubrovnik, Split and Chioggia, with the cruise ending on the 19th of this month.
