Carlos André Gomes, president of the maritimistas, attacked a fan last night, upon the squad’s arrival at Madeira International Airport.
The moment was captured by RTP Madeira, which went further than the attacked mariner filed a complaint with the PSP, with the leader of the green-red group being identified.
It should be remembered that Marítimo failed to secure access to the play-offs for promotion to the I Liga, after a 2-2 draw against Académico de Viseu.
