See what the plaque exchange was like on board the ‘Queen Anne’

The usual plaque exchange ceremony has been completed on board the debutant ‘Queen Anne’, number 249 of the Cunard fleet and the most recent.

The moment was attended by the president of the board of directors of APRAM, Paula Cabaço, as well as the CEO of Blandy Shipping, Christopher Blandy.

Blandy Shipping, which manages this ship, comes from Southampton and heads to Lanzarote this afternoon. The ‘Queen Anne’ carries around 2,600 passengers and 1,000 crew.

Built in Fincantieri’s Italian shipyards, and launched on April 24, the ship has the capacity to carry 2,996 passengers and 1,225 crew.
