EDUARDO JESUS MEETS WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF THE TOURISM SECTOR AT 4:00 PM

The regional secretary of Tourism, Eduardo Jesus, meets at 16:00 with representatives of various sectors of tourism.

The meeting will take place on the premises of the Regional Secretary for Tourism and Culture.

  1. Your blog is incredibly helpful. As much as I will be disappointed to have to reschedule my trip to Madeira, it will help me if the flights are cancelled because my cancellation insurance does not cover if I cancel for my own reasons. I have hung on planning to come because I wanted to support the Island with my $$$’s.

    You have kept me up-to-date, (way ahead of Azores airline and my travel agency), and I can see it is more important to your beautiful Island, that visitors not enter at this time

    I will definitely rebook immediately, (maybe for June?), I hear flights are cancelled.

  3. We are due to fly out on Monday but reading your lovely blog I guess I’m going to receive an email soon cancelling my trip. We will miss coming to your beautiful country again. But will return as soon as we are able

  4. Hi we’re on your beautiful island and can’t get hold of our airline to find out if our flighr back on will still be okay on weds to the UK and we have no way of finding out. Can’t get hold of anyone at easy jet. Michele

  5. Is there any news on this meeting? due to fly out on Monday although I don’t think this is likely, unfortunately.

  6. Flying from Funchal to Toronto through Ponta del gada on Tuesday. Will we be able to continue our after we land in the Azores? No phones answering at Sata.
