‘AIDAcosma’ and ‘Azura’ bring 11 thousand people to the Port of Funchal

11,210 people, of which 8,643 are passengers, arrived in the Region today, aboard the usual Monday ships ‘AIDAcosma’ and ‘Azura’.

Coming from Las Palmas, the ‘AIDAcosma’ arrived at dawn, bringing 5,564 passengers and 1,427 crew, remaining in Madeira for 18 hours.

At 6:00 pm this 7-day cruise that began in Tenerife, on December 13th, continues with stops in Fuerteventura, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Funchal and returns to Tenerife, where the trip ends on the 20th of this month.

The ‘Azura’, also carrying out a 7-night cruise through Madeira and the Canary Islands, began its journey in Tenerife, now stops in Madeira, followed by Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Tenerife again, where this cruise ends on the 22nd of December.

3,070 passengers and 1,149 crew arrived on board this vessel. The ship stays in the Port of Funchal for 16 hours, leaving Madeira at 9:30 pm, bound for Las Palmas.
