‘Azamara Pursuit’ is already moored at the north pier of the Port of Funchal

The ship ‘Azamara Pursuit’, which came from La Palma, with 657 passengers and 394 crew, is already moored at the north pier of the Port of Funchal.

It makes a 10-hour stopover in Madeira and departs, at 10pm, heading to Lisbon, the disembarkation port of this 37-night cruise from South Africa to Portugal.

The trip began on February 8th in Cape Town, with stops in Port Elizabeth, Richard’s Bay, Durban, Mossel Bay; in South Africa, Ludentz and Walvis Bay, in Namibia, Sant Helena, Banjul, in Gambia, Dakar, in Senegal, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, La Gomera, La Palma, now Funchal, followed by the Portuguese capital, where it ends this cruise on March 15th.

The ship came close to the coast on its way to Funchal, which several of you sent photos.
