A rental car carrying a couple of tourists in their 50s and their two children recently skidded on the Santa main road in Porto Moniz and left the road, falling from a height of approximately two metres.
Despite the extensive material damage to the vehicle, there were no injuries. None of the four occupants were injured.
The PSP was at the scene.
