An Irish man felt unwell during a flight to the Canary Islands.
According to what we were able to ascertain, the aircraft departed from Dublin bound for Tenerife, but was forced to make an emergency landing in Porto Santo due to the passenger feeling unwell.
The Porto Santo Volunteer Firefighters were called to the airport and transported the victim to the local Health Center.
Rescue teams are still assessing whether it will be necessary to transport the man to Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital.
