A violent accident on the Ribeira Brava – Funchal road, more precisely at the entrance to Câmara de Lobos, involved several vehicles.
According to what JM was able to ascertain, a 39-year-old woman was transported to Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital, complaining of cervical pain.
The Câmara de Lobos Fire Department and the Portuguese Red Cross are on site.
The event is severely impacting traffic flow, even leading to the closure of the road and creating a very long traffic jam.
