The strong wind that blew overnight caused damage to the tents set up for the Poncha Festival, scheduled for next weekend, in the center of Serra de Água, in Ribeira Brava.
The force of the wind was enough to knock down some structures already erected for the event. According to witnesses at the scene, the stage ended up bending, but did not collapse completely, and there were no reports of injuries.
