Following yesterday’s confirmed case of a positive user for covid-19 at the General Integrated Continuous Care unit of the São João de Deus Health House, 16 new cases of infection with a new coronavirus were confirmed this Sunday (December 27).
There are 13 users and 3 collaborators with positive results, after testing all users and collaborators of the said unit, informed the director of the institution in a press release.
On the same note, Eduardo Lemos reveals that “all positive cases now confirmed are asymptomatic” and that the relatives of the users of this unit have already been informed.
The institution has already activated its contingency plan.
