“One of the ways to test the public’s safety in terms of public health was to take advantage of this month when there is only a connection via the plane and in order to contain the proliferation of the pandemic in Porto Santo is to carry out the test of anyone who lands in Porto Santo at the end of the fifth day ”, because of the virus incubation period.
