The strong wind that is felt this morning in Santa Cruz is affecting Madeira Cristiano Ronaldo International Airport.
At the moment there are several ‘circling planes’ flying over the airport, looking for a window of opportunity to hit the runway.
As DIÁRIO reported, a yellow warning was issued for wind from this afternoon onwards.
This will continue on and off I think through this week till Monday morning.
